Subscription Term and Renewal: The initial subscription term shall commence upon the Subscriber's acceptance of this Agreement and payment of the applicable fees.The subscription will automatically renew for subsequent terms unless the Subscriber cancels the subscription prior to the renewal date.The Provider reserves the right to modify the subscription fees upon providing the Subscriber with reasonable notice.
Payment and Billing: The Subscriber agrees to pay the subscription fees as specified on our website.Payment shall be made by the Subscriber using the designated payment method.The Provider may suspend or terminate the Subscriber's access to the subscription services for non-payment or late payment.
Intellectual Property: The Subscriber acknowledges that all intellectual property rights related to the subscription services are owned by the Provider or its licensors.The Subscriber agrees not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the subscription services without the prior written consent of the Provider.
Unsubscribe
Thank you for using our service. If you wish to discontinue, you can easily unsubscribe at any time.
Simply email us at [email protected] to cancel your payment subscription. Normally, we process cancellations before the next billing cycle, which may take a few days.
Refund Policy
Fees are non-refundable once the Login details have been used on Portal. Non-use of a Membership or inability of User to access the Portal through no fault of Company shall not be grounds for a refund of Fees. Company does not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month Membership periods.
In the event a refund is issued, ALL refunds will be made by the Company who will credit the Payment Method used to make the original purchase. NO refunds will be made by cash or paper check. ALL refunds will be issued within ten (10) days of communication between the User and the Company's Client Relations department.
